Tone of Voice

Service, without the exclusive attitude, but with an inclusive demeanor.

This is not about Parlor. This is about the community and how they can best enjoy themselves in the space.
Always invite them into the brand story.

Avoid words like “our” and replace with “the” or better yet, “your”.
